Course Outline
Agile PM course is to provide the attendees a full awareness on the Agile concept and different Agile methodologies. This course will build up the skills of using the agile concept in managing the project. The course will show and stand on the difference between the Agile as adaptive project life cycle and the waterfall and traditional project life cycle. This training course will help the attendees to practice the role of the Agile coach in their companies. The course is supported by workshops that simulate Agile PM methodology.
